Asphalt
Our asphalt resurfacing division provides sealcoating, striping, and paving services to commercial and residential properties. This division also offers an array of other services to customers such as concrete layout and removal, parking bumper replacement, and crack filling.
Sealcoating is the process of spreading a layer of an asphalt-based product (Tarconite) that coats the surface of an asphalt driveway, filling in small cracks and sealing the surface against the elements. As such, sealcoating can extend the life of an asphalt pavement at a minimal cost. When it is applied appropriately and at the right time, it prevents oxidation, stops weather damage, and beautifies pavement.

There are a variety of forms of seal coating material; however, all methods work with a process of cleaning and patching of an existing surface, then coating the entire surface of the asphalt with the use of a liquid sealer that creates an impenetrable barrier once it dries.
With the surface seal coat already intact, the underlying asphalt is protected from the different effects of wind, water, and sunlight, which can degrade or harden the asphalt and can cause it to crack and crumble.
